Go to My Bookings, select the trip, and tap Cancel. Cancellations made more than 15 minutes before pickup are free.

How do I top up my wallet?

Visit the Wallet page and choose an amount. We accept Paystack, Flutterwave, and bank transfers.

What is the luggage policy?

Economy and Standard allow up to 2 pieces. SUV and above allow 4+ pieces. Specify at booking.

How do I report a lost item?

Call our emergency line immediately with your booking reference number to locate the driver quickly.
